Witnessing Faith At Work: It’s More Important Than You Think!

April 9, 2023 by Bradley Waldrop Leave a Comment

You're a faithful Christian worker, striving to make a positive witness of your faith in the workplace. You want to show the light of God to those around you without ever being too preachy or religious.

But the truth is, it's becoming more and more difficult to do that in the modern world. Recent surveys have found that 30% of U.S. adults believe in a cosmic force rather than the Almighty God described in the Bible.

This finding should give us pause. It's no secret that the moral fabric of our society is being torn apart. Every day, we hear of more broken homes and broken lives, caused by a lack of faith and a lack of understanding of the power of God.

So, it's more important than ever for us faithful Christian workers to be a positive witness of faith in the workplace. We must be willing to stand firm on the principles of our faith, even in the face of opposition. We must show those around us that there is a better way to live, one that is rooted in the love of God.

Don't be discouraged by the statistics. Let us be a positive example to our colleagues, friends, and family. Let us show them the power of faith and the power of the Almighty God. Let us be a beacon of hope in a dark world, and be unafraid to speak the truth in love.

God is still in control. He is still on the throne. He will never leave us or forsake us. Let us have faith in Him, and be a witness of His love, grace, and mercy. Let us be the light that shines in the darkness.

By the way, now's the time to take action and discover the power of living a life of faith in the workplace! Download our free checklist at BusinessIntegrityMatters.com today!

The Christian Business Owner's Creed

We, Christian business owners, are called to be a light to the world. We strive to be examples of Christ-like behavior in all aspects of our business. We seek to create a culture of service and excellence that honors God and reflects His love to our customers and employees.

We are mindful of the impact our business has on the community and we strive to use our position to share the gospel and to be a blessing to those around us. We commit to using Biblical principles in our business practices and setting a high ethical standard.

We will strive to be the best stewards of the resources entrusted to us, mindful that we are accountable to God for our decisions and actions. We will work hard to ensure that our business is not only successful, but that it serves as a public witness to Christ's teachings of love, grace, mercy, and justice.

May God bless us and guide us in our journey as Christian business owners.

Amen.
